Integrating SDGs in Higher Education—Case of Climate Change Awareness and Gender Equality in a Developing Country According to RMEI-TARGET Strategy

Universities play an essential role in spreading climate change awareness. However, slight information on and environmental issues had been integrated into the curricula. Moreover, minimal research carried out to understand university awareness, students level of awareness daily behaviour towards change, especially developing countries. This paper aims investigate aforementioned issues. An experimental study was 448 undergraduate enrolled at An-Najah National University Palestine. The aimed examine students’ knowledge important societies terms enhancing results revealed that female male a non satisfactory interest topics activities, gender equality did not seem be issue. tend have significantly lower compared students. On other hand, being engineering or member positive impact females. who are faculty members higher faculties societies.
